In Issue 1 we set a quiz to find out whether you have the traits of a visionary leader.
Did you do the Visionary Leaders Quiz?
Read the results below to see if you are a visionary leader:
If you answered mostly A’s, you may not be a visionary leader. You may focus more on short-term solutions and lack a clear vision for the future.
If you answered mostly B’s, you have some qualities of a visionary leader, but may need to work on developing your long-term thinking and communicating your vision more effectively.
If you answered mostly C’s, you have the qualities of a visionary leader. You frequently think about the future, prioritize long-term solutions, communicate your vision clearly, and appeal to people’s emotions and values.
If you answered mostly D’s, you are a strong visionary leader. You almost always think about the future, prioritize long-term solutions over short-term fixes, communicate your vision effectively, inspire others to join your vision, and measure success by achieving long-term goals and creating a lasting impact.
